At PureCyclingBikeFit, we strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we would like to clarify our policy regarding cancellations and follow-up appointments.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment or follow up please do so at least 12 hours before your scheduled time. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

If you do not notify us at least 12 hours in advance or fail to show up for your appointment, a $25.00 fee will be added to your next visit. We appreciate your understanding as this policy helps us maintain our commitment to all our clients.

Follow-Up Appointments
After your bike fitting or biomechanical service, you have 90 days to schedule a follow-up appointment, if needed. This follow-up allows us to verify that everything is working correctly and to make any necessary adjustments. We encourage you to take advantage of this period to ensure your comfort and performance.
