Our process has be refined to produce the perfect fit tailored to you
Initial Interview
Our 3D bike fitting process begins with a comprehensive interview, where we delve into your cycling goals, preferences, and any specific concerns you might have. This conversation sets the foundation for the entire fitting experience.
General Physical Examination
In our pursuit of precision, the physical examination is a crucial phase of our 3D bike fitting process. We delve beneath the surface, analyzing your body’s biomechanics, flexibility, and potential areas of concern.
We can provide lateral, rear and frontal visual biomechanic evaluations
1. Evaluation
Evaluation and visual analysis of pedaling in order to detect imbalance, discrepancies, hip rotations, etc.
2. Measurements
Angles of the body, control of hip movement and correct foot alignment for greater performance in the transmission of force.
3. Analysis
Visual analysis of pedaling in order to optimize a comfortable and efficient movement.
4. Placement
Review of pedal/shoe placement and check of cleats and shoes.
5. Alignment
Alignment and adjustment of the saddle, handlebars and stem.
6. Pressure
Evaluation of pressures on the saddle for its correct placement with Gebiomized.
7. Video
Detailed video analysis for angle measurement.

Frequently Asked Questions
What should I bring to the fitting appointment?
Bring the following items to your custom fit session:
- Shoes & Pedals
- Saddle
- Existing Bike
- Riding Clothes
- Towel
- Water Bottle
How long will a professional bike fit take?
Expect to block at least two hours from your schedule. More is better so that we are not rushed. Every fitting session is as unique as the individual who is being fitted, and we take as long as necessary to complete the fit properly. Anywhere from one to three hours is possible depending on your specific needs.
Will I learn anything during the fitting?
You are a part of the fitting session and will take an active role in the process. Our sessions are very dynamic, and We will work together to explain the reasons behind the process of fitting because we want you to understand why we do what we do and what is expected of you afterwards. Please ask questions!
Do you have evening or weekend times available?
Yes, we work evenings and weekends, however, Scheduling options vary by season. Call or email us when you would like to have the fitting done, and we will talk through the available time options.
Do my pedals or shoes need to be fitted as well?
Yes, foot/pedal position is one of the most important aspects of fitting. The alignment step is particularly important during the bike fitting process. We will assist in your decision in selecting the proper shoe in both design and fit. We will explain the pros & cons, answer your questions, and explain what shoes work best with which pedals.
Once I'm fitted, will I ever need to be fitted again?
Fitting is an ongoing process because riders evolve as they ride. For example, new cyclists tend to relax a bit as they get used to their new bicycle and sometimes need to change their fit. Injuries can lead to fitting changes as well as numerous other issues. Unless something specific takes place, annual fittings are a good idea to re-evaluate your position and discuss any issues that have come about since the last fit. Some riders are happy and comfortable in the same position for years. It’s all up to the individual.
Can I apply my fit specifications to my other bike?
Yes, the frame must be the same geometry to copy the measurements. We can easily do it for you once the fitting is completed. An additional fee may apply but we will discuss that during the fitting process.
