CHECK OF CLEATS AND SHOES, PLANTAR ASSESSMENT FOR POSSIBLE
CORRECTION OF VALGUS AND VARUS

BICYCLE TEST WITH LATERAL, REAR AND FRONTAL VISUAL EVALUATION (BIOMECHANICS STUDIES).

The athlete’s bicycle is attached to the trainer and the correct location of different angular visual reference points is checked. The following measurements are made:

1.Previous evaluation and visual analysis of pedaling in order to detect imbalance, discrepancies, hip rotations, etc.

2. Taking measurements of the angles of the body, Control of hip movement, Evaluation of correct foot alignment for greater performance in the transmission of force.

3. Evaluation and visual analysis of pedaling in order to optimize a comfortable and efficient movement.

4.Analysis of pedal/shoe placement and check of cleats and shoes.

5. Alignment and adjustment of the saddle, handlebars and stem.

6. Evaluation of pressures on the saddle for its correct placement with Gebiomized

7.Video analysis for angle measurement.
